Job Summary:
Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Property Investment Sales Consultant to join their team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing their client base and ensuring team success by selling off-plan properties to a diverse range of investors.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key investors, agents, and partners to expand the company's network and customer base.
- Drive sales of offplan properties to investors.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication, alignment of goals, and seamless sales processes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management for senior management review.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in sales and negotiation, with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and team members.
- Ideally, possess knowledge of the real estate industry, property investment market, and relevant sales strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis, interpreting sales metrics, and making datadriven decisions.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive and handson approach to problemsolving.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
