What will you be doing?

Giving your expertise in people research and data analysis to influence talent decisions
Leading people research projects from client engagement right through to delivery using systematic data gathering and analytical techniques
Building relationships and collaborating with Data Architects and Engineers to ensure data integrity

What do you need?

A third level qualification in a relevant discipline
Experience in people research, data analysis and reporting
Experience in the likes of Tableau, SQL, PowerQuery, Power Apps, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI
The ability to work independently
Experience in business/process analysis and experience in a professional services organisation
Knowledge of data privacy law
