Working across all Watson-Marlow Ltd.

sites in Falmouth and Redruth, you will be responsible for the effective organisation and coordination of all EHS activities, ensuring the business meets its legal, statutory, and moral obligations.

As a proactive member of the EHS team you will ensure your sites are consistently achieving EHS goals and remaining fully compliant.

What you'll be doing- Supporting with all EHS administration activities including our EcoOnline SAFE system; ISO management systems; internal communications; meeting agendas and minutes.


  • Supporting the EHS with incident investigation and reporting as required.
  • You will provide EHS support and advice to department managers, team leaders and operatives.
  • Working in collaboration with all Watson-Marlow Ltd. departments, you will raise awareness of and promote corporate EHS culture and objectives.
  • With a constant eye on Behaviour Based Safety (BBS), you will actively participate with and engage your colleagues in the principals of BBS.
  • You will support internal and external EHS audit activities.
  • You will support the EHS Training Coordinator as required to ensure training activities are successfully delivered.
  • With a data driven mindset, you will work with the EHS to gather key data metrics and assist in the presentation of EHS reports to the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Some previous experience working as an EHS role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • A current EHS qualification or certification, or working towards, or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Fast and accurate administration skills.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building and influencing skills, with the confidence to successfully work with people at all levels across the Watson-Marlow and Spirax-Sarco Engineering businesses.
  • The confidence to challenge poor practice and unsafe actions, in line with our Company Values.
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Publisher.
