The Role:

Managing your own recruitment desk/ business within an autonomous environment.
Leading by example.
Working closely with your clients to develop clients and relationships.
Developing contacts.
Working closely with the existing team to ensure mutual targets are achieved.
Will come from a recruitment background (essential).
Can demonstrate a track record of success and achievement within the recruitment industry.
Team player with ambition.
