Tradewind are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Maths to lead a top-performing department at one of our prestigious client schools in Harrow

A degree in Mathematics or a related field
A teaching qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level
Proven leadership experience, including experience leading and mentoring other teachers
Strong curriculum development skills and a commitment to creating engaging and effective lesson plans
A growth mindset and a passion for continuously improving and staying current with best practices in math education
A commitment to student success and a desire to support students in achieving their full potential in Maths

As Head of Maths, you will be responsible for:

Setting the department's vision and goals
Leading and mentoring math teachers
Developing curriculum and lesson plans
Collaborating with other departments and school leaders to ensure a wellrounded education for students
Supporting students in achieving their full potential in Maths
