Description
Jenson Fisher are currently recruiting a Data Entry Administrator for their Global client based in Glasgow.Key Responsibilities will include:
- Entering data on to payroll system within specified timeframe
- Reviewing data to ensure accuracy of data input and prioritises projects in order of importance
- Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure
- Administrative duties such as filing forms and reports
- Following policies and procedures and reports changes necessary to improve systems or reduce costs
- Learning systems and staying updated on upgrades and procedural changes
- Updating spreadsheets and ability to retrieve information held on computer systems to generate reports
- Interacting with clients as well as team members from other departments regarding data input
- Maintaining accurate records of computer and software systems updates, upgrades and other changes
- Providing general data entry support across many teams on an adhoc basis
- Managing and organising records and files
Applicants should have:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- PC Literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with good keyboard skills
- Good attention to detail
- Customer service skills ability to represent the company in a professional manner
- Work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Flexibility in your approach to adapt quickly to change
- Previous Data Entry experience desirable but not essential

£18,000.00-£20,700.00 per year
