Job Purpose


This role within the Membership team of ICE Futures Europes Market Regulation department is responsible for providing day-to-day support and assistance to existing and prospective exchange and clearing house members.


The Lead Membership Coordinator will be a strong communicator who is comfortable engaging and liaising with external and internal stakeholders.

The coordinator will ideally have a working knowledge of onboarding processes and is able to use initiative in undertaking project work.

In this role they will be required to demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure new members are supported throughout the onboarding process and are setup appropriately Review and facilitate requests regarding changes in a member
- s arrangements for accessing exchange or clearing house facilities

  • Oversee the Annual Member Return process; liaise closely with members to ensure they verify or update key information relevant to their membership
  • Take ownership of adhoc project work; use initiative to identify improvement opportunities to processes
  • Assist in the design and production of management information

Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a client onboarding or administrative role (minimum 5 years)
  • Previous experience of financial markets or financial services regulation desirable
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong team player, also able to work independently and take ownership of issues
  • Excellent organisational skills; able to work on multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient IT skills

Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
