Job Overview:
We are seeking organised Finance Assistant to join our team. As a Finance Assistant, you will provide support to the finance department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This is a part-time position.
Duties:
- Accounts payable & Accounts receivables
- Reconcile credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
- Petty Cash
- Support the finance team with adhoc projects as needed
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Types:
