Venn Group has been approached by a leading housing association in Northallerton recruit for an Administration Assistant initially on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:

  • Updating and maintaining databases and customer records
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Ordering equipment and PPE
  • Microsoft office package including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Essential experience / skills:
  • Administration Experience
  • Dealing with high volume of calls

Desirable experience / skills:

  • NVQ in Business Administration
