A National Governing Sports Body based in London but operating across the UK. They have recently begun planning and implementing their new Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. Thus, are seeking a Consultant to provide strategic support to the Board and Leadership team.

You will work with the team across 4 key themes; Socio-economic Inclusion, Racial Inclusion, Gender Equality and Disability Access across the sport.

You will be working closely with the Strategy & Purpose Manager and across several different workstreams including Strategy, Digital/Data Capabilities, Marketing or Culture, People and Skills.

Requirements:

Excellent stakeholder management skills
Minimum 12 years in a leading management or strategy consultancy
Analysis and research into key themes, providing stakeholders with updated recommendations in the form of decks
Experience with data analysis and building basic Excel models
Experience with EDI or sport is a bonus but not essential

Details:

Start date: ASAP (early July)
Duration: 23 months (parttime arrangement possible)
Day rate: £400 to 500 LTD
Location: Remote/London (travel to London office 24 times a month may be required)
