Core skills and responsibilities:

• The ability to work with the sales team to help meet monthly sales targets
• Excellent negotiating skills to win orders from our national client base
• The production of estimates from tender enquiries using our bespoke estimating system
• Attendance at prestart meetings and site visits
• Analyse and interpret drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify potential problems in the project and provide solutions.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain a database of historical costs.
• Analyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor project progress to ensure that estimates are accurate.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
