We're looking for a talented
Landscaping Team Leader to deliver residential and commercial landscaping projects at the highest industry quality standards.

You will be leading, coaching and supervising landscape team members to deliver projects on time, ensuring that we use the right tools, equipment and materials to deliver excellent services.

Requirements:


  • Hard and soft landscaping skills, experience and knowledge
  • Excellent leadership, communication and job coaching skills
  • Driving licence

Depending on the role, this might include:
on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring from experienced colleagues, taking part in training courses and/or working towards externally-recognised qualifications.

We are based in a semi-rural location with limited public transport. Work vehicles will be available during the workday. You will be working on sites throughout Hertfordshire, North London and surrounding areas.


Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
