The role
You will provide general administrative support to Academy Leadership Team. You will also be responsible for the full reprographic service across the Academy to produce high-quality written materials.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is an experienced administrator, has great attention to detail and is passionate about working with and improving the life chances of our young people.

This is a full time role to be carried out during term time plus additional three weeks, working 42 out of 52 weeks per year.


The person we are looking for:

  • is an experienced Admin Assistant
- is educated to at least GCSE standard
- has the ability to demonstrate good literacy, numerical competency and analytical skills
- is a proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
- can demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
- has good level of ICT skills and a high level of attention to detail
- has excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- can demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and can work well under pressure
- has emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and attitudes
- is a good team member with excellent interpersonal skills
- is passionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of our pupils and their communities
- is willing to model and support the Oasis ethos
