Salary - In excess of £30k plus shift premium. Other benefits - company pension scheme, annual bonus, private medical healthcare, social and sports club and gym membership

Shift rota hours - 42 hours per week on various shift patterns

We are looking for Process Operators to support our process streams ensuring a safe and efficient operation. We are seeking applicants with a keen interest to further their career in Hot Metal Processing.

In detail, the position encompasses duties and responsibilities as follows:

Ensure working safely is at forefront of all you do.
Working as part of a team on shift within a hot metal environment ensuring output from our processes and moulding operations.
Safe operation of mobile plant and cranes.
Working in confined spaces and at height
Machine operation and basic maintenance tasks
Have the drive and ambition to want to learn and develop yourself and processes
Previous manufacturing and/or engineering experience ideally within a heavy, high volume processing, manufacturing, 24/7 operating environment.
Preferably hold a HND or NVQ Level 2 qualification in Manufacturing/Processing operations or equivalent qualification in an Engineering discipline.
Experience with Gantry crane and a Fork Lift Licence would also be an advantage.
Have a high level of flexibility and ability to work to deadlines.

Due to the nature of the Company's operations, we operate a strict no-smoking policy on the premises; non-smoking applicants would therefore be preferred for this role.
