Description
Reporting to, and close liaison with, the ADHD Clinical Lead & Prescribing Lead Supervision and Line management of up to 8 assessors/prescribers Managing and supporting clinicians with report writing standards MDTs First point of call for escalation 1 clinical assessment session per week or a small prescribing case load Responsible for quality of reports Ensuring reports are QCd efficiently and in a timely fashion Clinical inductions of new starters (fortnightly) Interviewing new candidates Personal Development/ training/ meetings Line managing 8 FTEs Coordinating team meetings and agendas Safeguarding point of contact Responsible for ensuring clinical values / consistency across ADHD service Ad Hoc queries and support
