Description

We are looking for a reliable team player who is a hardworking individual to join our team based in Beeston, Sandy, Beds.

The job will involve the use of automated machinery which includes the cutting and manufacturing of timber frame components. This will include feature trusses, gallows brackets and other associated components.

You will be expected to ensure that all timber components are machined and manufactured to the correct specification, checking, and maintaining quality at every opportunity.

Industrial woodworking saws must be used in a responsible and efficient manner to keep up with the high volume of production expected.

There is an element of manual handing that can be heavy at times so you will need to be reasonably fit.

All companyhealth and safety procedures must always be adhered to.

We would also invite applicants who are not necessarily experienced in machining timber but have used machinery in a past role or someone who is willing to learn a new trade.

Hours of work are 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm
