Timeplan Education are currently supporting an alternative provision in Southwark.

They are recruiting a talented Art teacher to start after the February half term, until the end of the academic year.

This is a long-term vacancy paid via the agency.

The provision supports children aged with an EHCP for SEMH and associated complex needs.

About the school:

Alternative provision for students removed from mainstream school.
Provides a creative, focused, and engaging environment.
20am to 4pm working hours, additional hours may be needed on occasion
Friendly and supportive staff members who encourage personal development.
Training available to enhance your skill set.

Person Specification:

Must hold QTS or QTLS
Experience within an alternative provision or mainstream school
Confident planning creative and inclusive Art lessons, accessible to all abilities.
You will also be confident carrying out assessments and reporting progress.
Have a genuine interest and passion for special education.
A positive and motivated person
Patient and calm
Have a valid DBS on the update service or be prepared to complete a new check.
