Role

The Supply Chain Analyst's primary objectives are to collect Supply Chain Management (SCM) data and provide analysis to drive improvement across the global supply chain.

This role will collaborate with other SCM departments, namely Demand Planning, SupplyPlanning, Distribution & Warehousing, Inventory Management and Business Process Management and provide key data sets and analysis to drive process improvement, project deployment and achievement of strategic goals and delivering world-class product availabilityto our end customers.

This role operates collaboratively within a global business across all sales regions, products and Franchises. Therefore, the Supply Chain Analyst must have a global perspective.

A Continuous Improvement and Transformation mindset are critical to this role.

The business requires on-going optimization of all aspects of Supply Chain and strong analytics will be key to support improvement of our product availability, operational efficiency,working capital position and enhance our Customer ExperienceCreate, define, manage and execute business processes, eg.

Functional process and information flows: e.g. Franchises, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Production, Sourcing.

Monthly

Executive S&OP presentation to franchise, commercial, financial, production senior leadership.
Regular reports and information to analyze demand planning performance and drive improvement

Applicant

Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst within a global organization.
Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
Strong capability within supply chain processes (e.g. S&OP, warehouse and distribution and inventory management.
The ability to lead and coach global SCM teams in all areas of Supply Chain Analytics.
Excellent communication skills with ability to present winning presentations crossfunctionally and to Executive level
Ability to drive Supply Chain Analytics Transformation, create an environment to challenge statusquo, create a culture of 'Continuous Improvement, Every day, Everywhere'.
Highly structured, thoughtful, organized, collaborative and process driven.
Expert level knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP/JDE), MS Office, data repositories and centralized BI reporting platforms.
Experience in SCM data universe design, data standardization & standardized report design. Possess strong Supply Chain Analysis leadership capabilities, ability to create the right strategy, sell that strategy, entrench change techniques and drive an improvementculture underpinned by data and analytics.
