DNA Metalwork part of MTL Advanced Ltd based in Rotherham are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Estimator to join our team.

This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and dynamic person to thrive, working within a successful and vibrant team.

Responsibilities

Producing accurate and detailed estimates generated from detailed client drawings.
Create full routing information including labour and material costing.
Liaise with subcontract suppliers as required.
Input all information into the computer system in order to produce full quotations to the sales department.
Monitoring enquiries within the company and speaking direct with customers.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Previous experience within a Estimator role with experience in a sheet metal profiling environment is desirable
Experience working from a variety of drawings.
Strong background in metal profiling processes.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience / Knowledge of Sigmanest / MRP would be advantageous but not essential
Experience / Knowledge of drawings packages such as Auto CAD / Inventor / Solid works would be advantageous but not essential
Experience / Knowledge in Laser / plasma profiling and Press braking
I.T Skills in Microsoft Office (excel, word etc)
