We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Business Support. The role will require you to work with senior managers.Key Information

- 9am17:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Utilise computerised systems and software to complete tasks efficiently
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct research and compile information for reports or presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Speed typing
- Strong data entry skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office or administrative

£14.41 per hour
