An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and numerate individual to work as an Accounts Assistant within the Accounts Receivable Team based in the Finance Department.


The key characteristic of the Accounts Receivable Team is to deliver a high-quality service underpinned by professionalism and first class customer care.

Has a member of the team you will be responsible for ensuring Trust income is invoiced and collected on a timely basis in accordance with the Trust's Standing Financial Instruction's, internal office procedures.

Checking invoice and credit note requests are correctly completed, authorised and coded. Checking calculations on invoice and credit note requests are correct.
Liaising with the Team Leader/Financial Accounts Manager on VAT issues and ensuring VAT is charged where appropriate.
Setting up new and maintaining existing AR customer accounts.
Maintaining effective working relationships; ensuring delivery of a professional service focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
