Mosswood Care Home, Linwood, Paisley


Hours :
Full Time/Part Time/Bank


Shifts :0730 to 1430 and 1430 to 2100


Rate :
£ £10.82

About Us


We are looking to recruit caring, enthusiastic, committed and professional individuals to deliver excellent care to our new and existing residents and be part of a team that is committed to provide long-term and short-term care for our residents.


Role

  • To assist in the delivery of care for all our Service Users
  • To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality
  • To be involved in the general activities of the Care facility
  • To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Visitors and Staff Members

Requirements:


  • Genuine interest and experience of working with the older person
  • Ability to communicate effectively with spoken and written English
  • Have the ability to work within a team environment
  • Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes
  • Satisfactory PVG Scheme Record Check

Desired

  • Previous experience and knowledge of working with people with Dementia would be advantageous for this role
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.61-£10.82 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Interviews will be held on site and social distancing guidelines will be adhered to.

  • Care home: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • SVQ2 (preferred)
