**About the Role: We are looking to recruit a Support Administrator based at our site in Cambridge. You will be working as part of a small, but busy team. This role is responsible for providing administration duties, scheduling, and support for contracts coming into the branch. This is a busy role that requires a high level of detail, working across deadline driven repairs projects. You will be working with a wide variety of client contacts resolving issues and scheduling appointments for a team of operatives on site. You will be overseeing the complete lifecycle of the repairs process. The role will also require day to day operations supporting the Helpdesk to include phone work, computer generated reports, processing timesheets and general office duties.
**Role Criteria: - Administration experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manor
- IT literate
- Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
- NVQ level 3 in administration would be preferred but not essential
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
