Join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality at the forefront of the industry.As the Team Leader within an Electrical Manufacturing environment, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System and ISO9001:2015 accreditation.
Representing the Quality function for a range of Electrical products, you will oversee various aspects of factory operations and lead a small team to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Who This Job Would Suit:
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Electrical Engineering with knowledge of 3-phase circuits with skills in quality management, process auditing, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
If you possess excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining ISO standards with electrical engineering experience, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and communicate Quality Department KPIs accurately to Headquarters.
- Analyse quality problems & nonconformances, assess impact, and implement preventive/corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and support the Quality Manager with customer issues & complaints.
- Management of calibration process using mechanical measurement instruments, crimp tools, weighing scales and more.
- Manage QMS to ISO 9001.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering 3phase circuits essential
- Proven Quality experience within Manufacturing to ISO 900
- Experience within Electrical Manufacturing.
- Strong experience with internal audits, CAPAs, NCRs, customer complaints.
- Leadership skills.
Location - Wigan (with some expensed travel to Manchester site).
Salary - £36,500 + Excellent Benefits
