Description

• Oversee the production process and ensure that production targets are met
• Coordinate and schedule production activities, including staffing and equipment allocation
• Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP principles
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Familiarity with basic math calculations for inventory management and production planning

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
