I am working with a prestigious Chambers & Legal 500 ranked firm whom are looking for a driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join their base in Central London.

And will be responsible for:
- running a varied commercial property caseload including commercial property transactions and ancillary work and advice and assisting in business development and building and maintaining client relations which are key to our success.

Ability to work independently and will be confident in running a caseload without supervision.
Knowledge of the law relating to land and commercial property matters and an interest and experience in business development, generating work, building a client base, developing relationships and growing a team is essential.

Ability to work well as part of a team on casework, with exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
Ability to prioritise, work efficiently under pressure and to meet deadlines and targets
Good marketing, networking and business development skills

The salary is market rate commensurate with experience.
