Tradewind are recruiting for a Building Site Manager at a primary school based in Erdington.

This school is part of a multi-academy trust and caters to children aged years old. They sit in the heart of the Erdington district which they are proud to serve.

The children at this school come from a variety of backgrounds and the school enjoycelebrating the wide diversity that such an intake brings to there school.

As a Building Site Manager, you will be responsible for;

Setting the priorities for maintenance and repairs
Carrying out basic repairs
Managing access to the premises and maintaining security
Cleaning and supervising cleaning
Planning site use and development
Championing health and safety around the school, and supervising external contractors
Managing site staff

This is a Grade 4 role and to start as soon as possible. You would be required to do split shifts to accommodate the opening and closing of the site.

Shifts would be 7:30am - 11am / 3pm - 6pm but these can be negotiable so long as the site is opened andclosed.
