Are you a compassionate and dedicated psychiatric nurse seeking a fulfilling career opportunity? Look no further Newcastle East Community in Biker are currently seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic team as Psychiatric Nurses.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering a fantastic Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Requirements:


  • Valid nursing qualification and registration as a psychiatric nurse.
  • Proven experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Support patients in their recovery journey and promote a positive and safe environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest industry practices.
