This post is for a full time Band 3 Administration Officer.

The post holder will be supporting the Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) with data collection and data input to the National Hip Fracture Database.


The post holder will support with data upload / meet deadlines, provide support and advice and troubleshoot to facilitate data upload to the National Hip Fracture Database (NHFD).


The post holder will be expected to communicate effectively and provide support to clinical and administrative teams including Consultants, Health professionals, administrative and other staff regarding hip fracture database.


Other duties will include:


  • Recording and typing of minutes from meetings.
General typing

Ordering and tracking patient notes

(Training and support will be provided.)

Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services;

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
