This is the job:


The Talent and Learning Coordinator will work with the Head of Talent and Leadership to support in the co-ordination and management of Learning interventions and programmes, Apprenticeships and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and events.


Within in this role, you will be updating relevant learning materials, working with suppliers, managing invoicing and payments via our system, managing our central inbox, including liaising and resolving queries with managers, training providers and learners.


What will I be doing?:


  • Setting up and managing course registration through SAP success factors, including tracking attendance
  • Maintaining and updating the L&D Hub through SharePoint, including uploading new content and checking existing content
  • Supplier management including onboarding, raising POs and tracking invoices, ensuring budget tracker is kept up to date on a regular basis
  • Working alongside external providers and internal colleagues to set up programmes in SAP Success Factors
  • Provide support on key D&I calendar events (for example International Women's Day) including course registration, gathering feedback and managing attendance
  • Liaising with Apprenticeship providers regarding programme details and learner feedback
  • Assisting in developing apprenticeship materials, such as handouts, briefing and presentations both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Send out learning agreements to learners and ensure all checks are up to date and correct

What do I need?:


Capability, Knowledge and Experience:


  • Excellent communication skills including via phone, face to face and written, with a variety of stakeholders, internal and external to the organisation
  • Strong customer focus
  • Attention to detail and ability to raise any issues or queries within reasonable timeframe
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and working within a corporate office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills be able to manage multiple queries and projects
  • Willingness to learn, positive and proactive approach to your work
