JOB TITLE:
Finance Administrator


RESPONSIBLE TO:
Financial Controller


Abacus are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, who is looking for a permanent role in a busy office environment.


QUALITIES & ABILITIES
The role will consist of, but not limited to the following tasks.

Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and co-workers in a professional manner.

Operate various software packages including MS Office, SAP.


Ensure that the Accounts Payable Ledger is up to date and accurate by means of regular reconciliation with supplier statements and reviewing 'out of date' open items.

Matching invoices to Purchase orders and raising queries re mismatches.

Expense processing

Booking company travel


PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFACTAIONS
Previous experience working in a finance office environment.

Proficient in the use of MS Office.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal





HOURS OF WORK:

  • 16 hours per week _agreed on offer of employment between the_
- hours of:_

7:30AM - 4:15PM Monday to Thursday

7:30AM - 12PM Friday
