About The Role

We are currently recruiting for Stores Operatives at our potato processing site in Westwick, Norfolk.

As a Stores Operative Level 2 you will be responsible for the operation of mechanical handling machinery to required levels of safety and efficiency.

You will transport all required materials, packaging and finished goods to their intended location in a timely fashion. Ensure Stores area hygiene requirements are met and maintained at all times.

You will provide support and expertise to all departments with a view to maximising performance, as well as any other duties as instructed by your manager.

Expected Start Date:
Immediate.

Hours of work:
Friday to Monday working for 46 hours per week.

SALARY
£12.22 per hour.

Our story began in 1948, when Albert Bartlett started our family tradition of selling good-quality produce by setting up a beetroot-boiling operation in Coatbridge, Scotland.

Nine years later, Albert's experience and expertise helped him grow the business, and along with his two sons, Jimmy and Alex, he found a new home for their flourishing company in Airdrie, Scotland.

On that very same site, we made history when we became the first factory in Britain to pre-pack carrots in a plastic bag.

Today, we proudly supply potatoes from our network of farmers and growers across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Jersey.
