Description

We are delighted to be supporting our client, an independent performing arts school, to recruit for a Policies and Compliance Manager to support with a wide-ranging review of the Institution's policy, safeguarding framework and governance arrangements.

Thisis offered as a 12-month fixed term contract and will involve hybrid working, with 1-2 days on site and the remainder remote.


The purpose of this role is to oversee the review of the higher education policy framework, supporting with the development and implementation of a number of policies and procedures, ensuring the improvement of equality and diversity within framework.

Youwill also take ownership of a variety of projects with the aim of enhancing the student experience.


To be considered for this post, you will have experience in a similar role with an emphasis on quality assurance and enhancement within Higher Education.

You will have excellent knowledge of student-related and institutional policies and possess strong projectmanagement skills.
