Reporting to the Snr Director of Business Transformation (Strategy & Design) do you have desire to continually learn and develop new ways of delivering exceptional solutions for our clients.

As a Managing Consultant, you will be involved in both the initial solution design and subsequent delivery of technology projects, including the leadership and coaching of others, this could be other consultants, partners and contractors, across a range of clients operating in multiple sectors (e.g. retail, financial services, utilities, travel).


To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Design and regularly own and guide the delivery of technology-enabled solutions for our clients, across contact center and process automation products, solutions and services
  • Support sales and presales teams to develop and secure new client opportunities, and identify opportunities for sell on within existing client engagements
  • Assemble and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver technology projects or workstreams, including the use of thirdparty resources and partners where necessary, ensuring strong commercial agreements are in place
  • Ensure exceptional standards of client satisfaction and advocacy on projects delivered, looking for and using feedback to actively and continually improve.

Our recent client successes include:


  • A new portal for a banking client,
  • Generative AI solutions for an investment company,
  • CX cloudbased contact platform implementation and optimisation for an insurer,
  • Social media management platform introduction for a delivery company.


Knowledge of the following, and a specialism within one or more, is therefore a requirement of the role: intelligent automation, AI, CCaaS and Salesforce.


You will also require the following:

  • Experience in using customer and business insights and taking new solutions from early shaping, through design and implementation and establishing them as effective BAU capabilities
  • Experience designing new (or transforming existing) customer journeys, identifying why, where and how technical solutions will create value
  • Experience working in a business or technical presales capacity, producing bid documentation and participating in bids
  • Experience of running projects to a range of governance frameworks, including Agileinfluenced approaches, always ensuring sound governance and the delivery of client/customer satisfaction
