We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for HR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including objective setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Support the delivery of training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with data protection regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • The role needs some who is willing to learn the Payroll systems to cover holiday and absences.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Part/Full CIPD qualified
  • Proven experience working in an HR advisory role, preferably within a similar manufacturing industry.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Payroll experience would be desirable but training can be provided
