We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for HR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Coordinate performance management processes, including objective setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
Support the delivery of training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with data protection regulations.
Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
The role needs some who is willing to learn the Payroll systems to cover holiday and absences.

Qualifications and Skills:

Part/Full CIPD qualified
Proven experience working in an HR advisory role, preferably within a similar manufacturing industry.
Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Payroll experience would be desirable but training can be provided
