Are you a Maintenance Operative who thrives on making a real and positive difference? If so, we would love to hear from you

We are looking for someone with solid experience in maintenance, building and DIY. You will carry out general maintenance duties across all of the Trust sites.

Tasks are planned and reactive maintenance including project works and you will be asked to work across all departments where your skills are required.


Friendly and approachable, you will understand the importance of keeping high standards in and around the properties of the Trust, ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment.

From basic carpentry, minor plumbing and electrics, painting and decorating no job is too big or small for our Operatives


You will have the opportunity to attend externally led, industry-accredited training courses to upskill your skill set and support your career progression with us.


A full driving licence will be required due to travelling around the country to our various settings, a company vehicle will be provided during working hours.

You will have full access to our tools and equipment to enable you to carry out your duties.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
