Hybrid Working

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in.

What will you be doing?:


  • Analyzing on technical requirements of system integration, constructing integration mapping documents, technical data dictionaries
  • Creating data model both logical and physical and supporting matrices
  • Providing support to the Lead Business Analyst, helping to define the date and integration analysis approach in line with the strategic vision of the program
  • Working alone to elicit, validate and document system requirements in either BRDs or user/feature stories depending on the SDLC in use by the development teams
  • Participating in the Design process coordinated by the Program Management team, from Design approval to functional design completion
  • Supporting the Testing Strategy and input into the coverage of Test scenarios and conditions ensuring all requirements in scope are tested

What we're looking for:


  • Exposure to working in medium to large scale change initiatives
  • Experience of preparing and issuing a range of key business analysis deliverables
  • Some awareness of domain activities
  • Experience of communicating with a wide array of people and some experience of stakeholder management

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Excellent integration and data analysis skills to analyse and document system integration requirements after understanding of data
  • Some limited experience of the software development lifecycle, the roles and responsibilities on large projects and the motivations of the actors involved
  • Enough understanding of specialist area to be credible with business users and SMEs. Is still developing SME knowledge in a number of areas

Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.

The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
