Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven individual to join a growing and ambitious business as a Property Administrator in our London office.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide property administration services to new and existing clients, and assist in the development and governance of core processes and procedures used by the Occupier Management team.


This role suits individuals who have little to no experience but would like to forge a career in property, or individuals who have property experience and would like to build their knowledge and expertise through to qualification.


Main responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain process documents for estate management functions such as data changes and invoice approval
  • Completion of data change requests involving any changes to property, or lease information
  • Assist with budgeting/variance reporting, bad debt monitoring, funding requests and charge raising for lease payments or receipts, liaising with Client finance team
  • Preparation of client reports on a regular basis in accordance with client requests, both ad hoc and structured
  • Monitoring all client inboxes and dealing with correspondence accordingly by either actioning the request or forwarding to the property manager
  • Arranging property inspections
  • Monitor pipeline of work and liaise with central teams to ensure invoices are raised for work completed
  • General team administration such as client mail merges, managing team folders, filing away all documents and correspondence, creating new property folders, taking meeting minutes and ensuring actions are undertaken
  • Presenting our property and creditor tracker to the team in a meeting every week

What we're looking for:


Qualifications:

  • Alevel education or equivalent Educated to degree level (desirable)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Experience / attributes:

  • Able to manipulate large files of data / information
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting
  • Able to build and develop professional working relationships at all levels
  • Property lease reading experience (desirable)
  • Able to create and develop property related processes and procedures (desirable)
  • Knowledge of TRAMPS, or other Property Management Systems (desirable)
