Our client is national property consultancy widely known as a true market leader across their disciplines. With around £90M turnover from their services they provide wide ranging consultancy to investors, occupiers and developers.

They are searching for an ambitious General Practice Surveyor making their way through their APC or a ready-made RICS surveyor up to Senior Surveyor ready to attack the market within a hugely expanding Leeds based team.

This role will suit someone who already enjoys a GP role or a NQ surveyor who hasn't quite worked out what they want to do in terms of specialism.


Whilst having excellent support from UK wide offices, the Leeds office is well known for providing services across the North of the UK offering a range of advice which includes lease consultancy, transactional work including occupational and investment agency, rating, valuation, specialist planning and development work through to compensation and compulsory purchase.


You will become an integral part of the team and a truly important part of this offices growth plans gaining hands-on experience in a range of areas.

This is a General Practice role where you will be involved in varying surveying disciplines to aid your development, learning directly from one of the hugely talented management staff at the firm.

What do you need to be successful?
Dependent on whether you a chartered or not the requirements may change:

  • RICS accredited degree or MRICS
  • Excellent communication skills be client facing,
  • Experience of using Argus valuation software system is beneficial
  • A desire to carry out general practice work with a leaning toward rating.
  • Willing to join a fast growing company/office
  • IT literate, with an ability to use IT as a tool to support work, through effective use of databases, websites and inhouse templates.
  • Time Management ability to organise own work and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, ensures activities and tasks are handled correctly and completed on time.
  • Able and willing to travel to site inspections and client meetings.
