Track Record Global are experts in natural material supply chain assessments, verifying that the legislation in place to protect consumers and the environment is adhered to as well as the environmental claims made by our clients are traceable.
Due to the company's rapid growth,
we are looking for a Supply Chain Assessor to join a friendly, committed group collecting and verifying compliance documents.
It is meticulous, detailed work so that our retailer clients can be certain of the safety and sustainability of the products they sell.
Purpose of Role:
To act as a Supply Chain Assessor, providing a service which enables a designated client to demonstrate the responsible sourcing and product due diligence programmes.
This role primarily involves checking recycled plastic compliance with international, European and UK legislation, but will also include other materials such as leather and cotton; and ethical issues such as modern slavery.
Responsibilities and duties:
The key duty is to undertake product compliance assessments and the associated work which goes with this. This involves
- Checking that the provided compliance evidence is relevant.
- Reviewing certificates and documentation provided by suppliers to ensure that these or other details of compliance are in date and meet legal or set requirements.
- Providing suppliers with feedback to ensure the correct documentation is being provided.
- Assisting with engagement and training activities with suppliers.
- Administrative/reporting tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Working flexibly with our client services team to ensure we can offer an agile service.

The following would be advantageous:
- Knowledge of a foreign language.
- Interest in or knowledge of environmental issues.
- A good working knowledge of Excel.
Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
