Exciting new role within our Contract Management Team

We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Contracts Co-ordinators and Contracts Managers by providing admin support.

Duties include.

  • Day to Day administration support
  • Dealing with telephone inquiries and coordinating actions.
  • Maintaining Company databases, updating job notes, raising purchase orders.
  • Processing invoicing onto the database.
  • Supporting other departments as required, such as Health and Safety and accounts as required.

Qualifications and skills:


  • Prior 1 to 2 years' experience in the office/administrative roles
  • Must be able to work productively on own & in a fastpaced environment.
  • Consistent accuracy with a high volume of data processing
  • The ability to multitask, organize, prioritize work.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
