Marketing Communications Manager

£45-50k + bens

The role

  • Lead the creation, management and reporting of marketing campaigns and brand content
  • Manage relationship, output and performance of PR agency (plus other agencies / freelancers if and when required)
  • Build relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets
  • Fully manage social media channels, working alongside PR agency and customer services
  • Develop brand partnerships with rightfit businesses
  • Copywriting for all product, marketing and sales literature
  • Provide input and support for product photoshoots; including location, stylists, photographers, branding etc
  • Assist with styling & image of exhibition stands
  • Internal communications where required
  • Collaborate with TME Manager & Sales Managers to ensure integration and alignment of activities
  • Keep senior leadership team ("SLT") updated on progress and performance of critical projects and responsibilities
  • Local community & sponsorship relations

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of marketingmix experience
  • Retail/Consumer experience is essential
  • Organised, commercial astute, proactive, strong verbal & written communicator with a creative eye
