Business Change Consultant. 100% remote. Microsoft Gold Partner Consultancy
Our client, a global Microsoft Gold Partner Consultancy are looking for a Business Change Consultant


Overview:

Work alongside clients as you shape the future of how fundamental Microsoft cloud technologies can connect and transform user experience.

You will be an integral part of successful projects working with the clients and colleaguesto embed change and to deliver value through adoption of Technologies and working practices.


Salary:
£70k - £85k + bens


Location: 100% remote


Responsibilities

  • Provides presales support on Change Management opportunities
  • Where required, supports business case development and benefit identification and benefit realisation
  • Deliver E2E change management
  • Builds a coalition of change support for projects, including champions engagement and onboarding
  • Delivers discovery workshops to identify current & future state
  • Identifying behaviours, blockers, and wider implications to delivering project success and documenting remediation actions

Experience required:


  • Relevant work experience focused on the implementation and/or use of Microsoft Cloud and Collaboration technologies, typically as part of projects or large programmes of work.
  • Prosci practitioner

Nice to have

  • IT project management.
  • Consultancy experience
