Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, global business who are on one of Europe's largest transformation projects.

Working for the Head of Finance Transformation and part of a wider transformation team, this role will be driven business process and system improvements, supporting the wider delivery of multi-site implementations.

You will drive optimal use of financesystems, reviewing process and look to improve ways of working and drive change and automation.

You will have experience of working in an analytical role within a finance team, with a curiosity to understand systems and their outputs better, with a continuous improvement mindset.

You do not have to be a qualified accountant, but experience of workingwithin a systems driven finance role will be advantageous.

A salary of up to £45,000 is on offer, as well as bonus and wider package. Hybrid working is available at their office near Bristol, with parking available on site.
