CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX) STRATEGIST
UP TO £70,000, HYBRID WORKING, PENSION
LONDON BASED
I'm working with one of the leading advertising agencies in the world on an exciting new role within their customer experience function.
You will focus on a leading client in the automotive sector and be a part of building out CX solutions and defining actionable insights to support with strategy.
THE ROLE:
The Customer Experience Strategist will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage research projects
- Support and deliver on CX projects delivery
- Be a main POC for a leading automotive client
- Assist in building customer experience solutions
- Mentor junior members of the team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Customer Experience Strategist will have:
- Background within CX/insight/marketing
- Knowledge of analytics
- Data strategy type thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- A great personality and hands on attitude
