Financial Planning Administrator - Oswestry - Salary negotiable, up to around £28K plus benefits and bonus


MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working on a Financial Planning Administrator vacancy working for a Oswestry based firm of Financial Advisers.


Their vacancy is focused on providing a first class service to the company's clients, who you will have regular contact with.

This company is a very exciting place to work, with highly qualified and experienced staff.

They specialise in providing financial advice to UHNW private clients in the areas of Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning and Protection.


The role:

  • They are currently looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join the team.
  • The role will be varied and interesting, working closely with the company's Financial Advisor's who you will be directly supporting
  • Processing of new business following all company procedures and processes
  • Maintaining good relationships with all clients of the business; enhancing the profile of the Company among its client and community
  • Deal with new and existing client communications and queries
  • It will require strong organisational skills, managing the client relationship management system and updating client files and information
  • Obtaining policy information from clients

Requirements:


  • First and foremost, we are keen to find someone with the right attitude and personality. This is a small, closely knit team who really enjoy working for the company. It is essential to find someone with a keen interest in financial services who is willingto pitch in and help where necessary
  • We are ideally looking for someone with experience in a similar role within financial planning, although other financial services backgrounds will be considered

On offer:

  • Annual salary would be between £2328K, depending on experience.
  • Company benefits including DIS, 5% Pension, PMI etc
