Lettings Property Manager - Coventry - up to £25k dependent on experience

My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years and have several offices within the Coventry area.

They are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager who will be dealing with all aspectsof Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, carrying out inspections and check outs, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettingsadministration.

Key Skills Required for the Lettings Property Management Role:

Lettings Property Management experience essential
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
Team player with the ability to work under pressure and deal with high pressure situations
Strong administration skills
Full and clean UK driving licence
Well presented
Strong attention to detail

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 1.30pm.
