Description

Unistage design and manufacture modular staging solutions and accessories for a whole host of venues, from schools to churches. All of our staging is designed and manufactured at our Head Office in Blackburn, Lancashire.

We are currently looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team to support the different departments within Unistage, provide exceptional customer service whilst continually monitoring performance and sales activities to ensure sales objectives are met and the quality of the products and service delivery is managed.

The main duties of the role include;

• The first point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
• Following up all enquiries, advising and taking care of potential customers
• Creating quotations, proposals and following these through
• Processing customer orders
• General administrative duties including liaising with sales, production and finance
• Schedule deliveries in line with customer requirements and warehouse lead times
• Issue customer invoices in liaison with the finance department
• Keep in contact with all existing customers advising of new products and offers, as well as company updates
• Monitor all sales against targets

Skills/Experience required:

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
