Description
Russell Taylor Group requires a property suveyor for sites baed in Perth and Dundee

Surveying properties with potential wet/dry rot


Duties will include:

  • Conduct property inspections and surveys to assess condition and maintenance needs
  • Prepare detailed reports on property conditions, including recommendations for repairs or improvements
  • Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work
  • Maintain accurate records of property inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • Assist with lease renewals and new tenant onboarding processes
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

WILL CONSIDER TRAINEES
Previous experience in property management or related field preferred

Company van will be provided

HND/HNC in building surveying preferred

Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, property owners, and contractors


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,000.00 per year
