Description
Canon Europe are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist - in this role you will:

  • Process owner for End-to-End pricing and communication to all involved stakeholders
  • Coordinate price setting process and price list management/maintenance for all European countries in scope
  • Setup and control of price modifier in Oracle and rebates in Demantra
  • Order operations support for pricing setup issues and month end processes
  • Maintain and update specific pricing tools and related systems
  • Market price monitoring and FX rate communication
  • Management of large volume of data and organisation of processes from multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead department initiatives and document pricing processes, to become more efficient.

You will also:

  • Own and coordinate pricing inbox for issues and actions management
  • Responsible for End to End pricing
  • Responsible for pricelist management
  • Setup of modifier according to commercial models and inline with governance
  • Lead pricing biannual budgeting process for current and new products. Recollect and convert information from all involved participants of the process to develop database for system upload.
  • Generation of system reports to verify data correctness and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update specific pricing and systems tools (e. g. SPS tool, Oracle Demantra, etc)
  • Work closely with operations specialist, BI/IT to automate workflows
  • Support initiatives and projects to improve efficiency and sales

In addition to a salary up to £46,000 you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%.

What we ask:


  • Relevant Business Degree with 2+ proven experience in Product Management or Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in developing and building excel reports and Power BI Microsoft.
  • Structured thinking, and ability to translate into solutions and processes
  • Languages: English fluency essential, European languages desirable
  • Significant experience in Oracle and similar systems
  • Experience of coaching and developing a virtual team, sharing best practice and knowledge transfer (multicultural environment would be a strong advantage)

Further Information:

Salary up to £46,000 plus 10% bonus

This role is based in Stockley Park on a hybrid basis working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
